Wij geven om jouw privacy! Dat is een feit! Je wilt graag weten of we ook de daad bij het woord voegen, maar vindt een privacybeleid nogal saai en een overvloed aan juridisch jargon? Wij ook!
Daarom geven we je deze samenvatting die je in minder dan twee minuten kan doornemen. Deze samenvatting geeft je de nodige informatie en brengt je in een mum van tijd op de hoogte van de manier waarop wij, bij GOLAZO, jouw persoonsgegevens verwerken.

Wat doen we om jouw persoonsgegevens te beschermen?
Wil je meer weten: als die-hard nodigen we je uit om ons volledige privacybeleid te lezen, waarin alles tot in detail wordt uitgelegd.
Volledig Privacybeleid
De vennootschappen:
verwerken samen de persoonsgegevens (hierna gezamenlijk aangeduid als “GOLAZO” of “we”, “wij”).
Dit document biedt een beschrijving van de manier waarop GOLAZO deze persoonsgegevens gebruikt. Ook leggen wij uit op welke wijze wij jouw persoonsgegevens opslaan en hoe wij jouw persoonsgegevens tegen misbruik beschermen en welke rechten je hebt met betrekking tot de door jou aan ons verstrekte persoonsgegevens. Deze privacy policy moet samen worden gelezen met de algemene gebruiksvoorwaarden van GOLAZO die te raadplegen zijn op de website.
Wij verzamelen en verwerken persoonsgegevens van de gebruikers die surfen naar onze website(s) of platform, een account aanmaken of inloggen op het platform en/of een product en/of dienst aankopen in de webshop of zich inschrijven of registreren voor een evenement. De toegang tot of het gebruik van de website, het platform en/of de webshop impliceert jouw akkoord en – waar nodig voor de verwerking van gezondheidsgerelateerde gegevens – jouw uitdrukkelijke toestemming (via het verstrekken van jouw persoonsgegevens, of via opt-in) met dit privacybeleid. Dit betekent dat jij jouw akkoord en toestemming geeft voor de manier waarop GOLAZO jouw persoonsgegevens verzamelt, gebruikt en verwerkt. Indien je dit privacybeleid niet accepteert, mag/kan je de website, het platform en/of de webshop niet meer gebruiken. GOLAZO kan je persoonsgegevens raadplegen of gebruiken, hetzij met je uitdrukkelijke toestemming, hetzij voor het uitvoeren van de diensten die in een overeenkomst zijn vastgelegd, hetzij op grond van enige wettige basis.
Wij behouden te allen tijde het recht ons privacybeleid te wijzigen, te updaten of aan te passen. Op deze pagina vind je echter altijd de meest recente versie. Daarom raden wij je aan om dit beleid regelmatig te raadplegen, om er zeker van te zijn dat je op de hoogte bent van eventuele wijzigingen. Als het nieuwe privacybeleid gevolgen heeft voor de wijze waarop wij reeds verzamelde gegevens met betrekking tot jou verwerken, dan brengen wij je daarvan per e-mail op de hoogte.
Verwerkingsverantwoordelijke – GOLAZO neemt de verantwoordelijkheid voor de verwerkingen van jouw persoonsgegevens op de website en het platform als verwerkingsverantwoordelijke.
AVG of GDPR – Dit privacybeleid voor de bescherming van jouw persoonsgegevens is strikt in overeenstemming met de verordening van de Europese Unie van 2016 betreffende de bescherming van natuurlijke personen in verband met de verwerking van persoonsgegevens, met betrekking tot het vrije verkeer van die gegevens en tot intrekking van richtlijn 95/46/EG (“AVG” ook wel “GDPR”, naar de Engelse afkorting).

Wanneer u onze websites of apps gebruikt, verzamelen we informatie zoals de browser en het apparaat dat je gebruikt, uw IP-adres, jeouw locatie, de site waar jevandaan komt, wat je wel en niet hebt gedaan met onze site/app, of de site die je bezoekt wanneer je ons verlaat.
Wanneer je gebruik maakt van een social media-functie binnen onze website of apps, en je post op social media, zal de social media-site ons enige informatie over jouw verstrekken.
Als je toegankelijkheidsvereisten hebt, willen we er zeker van zijn dat je de beste ervaring hebt met het bijwonen van evenementen. Om dit te doen, moeten we gegevens van je behoeften (die kunnen inhouden dat je informatie over je geestelijke of lichamelijke gezondheid verschaft) te verzamelen.
In de weinige gevallen waarin we persoonlijke informatie van kinderen verzamelen, vragen we altijd toestemming aan de ouders en zullen we dergelijke informatie altijd uitsluitend verzamelen voor de doeleinden die zijn gespecificeerd op het moment dat we deze verzamelen.

Wij verzamelen geen gevoelige persoonsgegevens van de websitebezoekers of andere personen, of hebben in ieder geval niet de intentie deze te verzamelen (bijvoorbeeld gegevens met betrekking tot ras of etnische afkomst, geloofsovertuiging, strafblad, lichamelijke of geestelijke gezondheid, of seksuele geaardheid, in de AVG aangeduid als “Speciale categorieën van persoonsgegevens”). Echter, gelet op jouw akkoord en jouw uitdrukkelijke toestemming, kunnen wij desgevallend dergelijke gegevens verzamelen en verwerken.
Je bent niet verplicht om jouw persoonlijke gegevens aan ons te verstrekken, maar het is mogelijk dat de uitvoering van verschillende diensten en/of levering van verschillende producten niet mogelijk is als je ervoor kiest om jouw persoonlijke gegevens niet te verstrekken.
Afhankelijk van het product en/of dienst die beschikbaar is op de website en het platform kunnen er specifieke gebruikersvoorwaarden en privacy policy van toepassing zijn.
Tijdens evenementen worden mogelijks foto’s video’s en ander audiovisueel materiaal opgenomen. Door je deelname daaraan aanvaard je dat er foto’s en ander audiovisueel materiaal van het evenement worden genomen waarop je zichtbaar bent, maar waarbij het beeldmateriaal niet rond uw persoon als centrale figuur wordt opgebouwd. Wij hebben een rechtmatig belang om gebruik te maken van dergelijke foto’s en audiovisueel materiaal voor promotie en beleving van onze evenementen. Indien u mogelijks wel als centrale figuur wordt afgebeeld heeft u het recht om ons te vragen deze foto’s te wissen tot 6 weken na het evenement waaraan U deelnam. Daarvoor mag u een e-mail sturen naar privacy@golazo.com met aanduiding van uw naam, voornaam, en de naam van het evenement waaraan u heeft deelgenomen en aanduiding van de betrokken foto of video. Een bewijs van uw identiteit kan worden gevraagd.
Direct marketing
Jouw persoonsgegevens zullen in twee gevallen gebruikt worden voor direct marketing-doeleinden, namelijk (i) indien je daar expliciet en vooraf toestemming voor heeft gegeven (“opt-in”); en/of (ii) indien je bij ons (een) product(en) en/of dienst(en) hebt aangekocht, zullen wij je op de hoogte houden van soortgelijke of complementaire producten en/of diensten die jou mogelijks kunnen interesseren.
Door de creatie van een account, door de aankoop van bepaalde producten en/of diensten, door je in te schrijven voor één van de (mede) door ons georganiseerde evenementen en door je akkoord te verklaren met deze privacyverklaring, word je toegevoegd aan de direct mailinglijst van GOLAZO. Wij kunnen jouw persoonsgegevens gebruiken om je marketingmateriaal toe te sturen in de vorm van een nieuwsbrief, alsmede ander materiaal met betrekking tot GOLAZO, haar producten en/of diensten.
Je e-mailadres kan te allen tijde kosteloos en zonder opgave van reden worden geschrapt uit onze direct mailinglijst door op de uitschrijfknop onder elke promotionele e-mail te klikken.
Indien je via de website of het platform producten en/of diensten hebt aangekocht van een partner van GOLAZO, kan deze partner jou op de hoogte houden van diens nieuwtjes of aanbiedingen. Indien je dat niet langer wil dan kan je aan die partner vragen om jouw e-mailadres te laten schrappen.
Wij verzamelen en verwerken jouw persoonsgegevens om je bij elk bezoek aan de website en platform of bij het gebruik van onze diensten een veilige, comfortabele en persoonlijke ervaring te kunnen bieden.
De informatie die we over jou verzamelen wordt voornamelijk verwerkt om ons te helpen een goede technische werking te garanderen en om de kwaliteit en inhoud van de website en het platform, de producten en/of diensten te verbeteren – op basis van de wettelijke doeleinden van “toestemming” voor de website, “wettelijke verplichtingen” en “contractuele noodzaak” voor diensten, of “rechtmatige belangen” zoals toegestaan onder de AVG.
Jouw persoonsgegevens worden daarbij uitsluitend voor de volgende (interne) doeleinden verwerkt:

Wij delen jouw gegevens niet met derden voor commerciële doelstellingen. In bepaalde gevallen kunnen jouw gegevens echter worden meegedeeld aan de andere vennootschappen van de Golazo Groep of in geval van overdracht van activiteiten van ons bedrijf. Deze zullen jouw gegevens echter uitsluitend gebruiken in overeenstemming met de doelen uiteengezet in dit privacybeleid.
In bepaalde gevallen kunnen jouw persoonsgegevens worden meegedeeld aan derden die aan GOLAZO diensten leveren of die in naam en voor rekening van GOLAZO diensten verstrekken. Het kan daarbij gaan om diensten voor levering door partners, ICT-providers, mailproviders, payment service providers, cloudproviders of statistiekbeheerders. Bovendien zijn wij verplicht om jouw persoonsgegevens mee te delen wanneer dit opgelegd wordt bij wet of door een gerechtelijke uitspraak. Indien wij in andere situaties persoonsgegevens aan derden zouden doorgeven, dan gebeurt dit waar wettelijk vereist met jouw toestemming.
Wij zullen jouw persoonsgegevens niet verkopen, verhuren, distribueren of op andere wijze commercieel beschikbaar stellen aan derden, behalve zoals bepaald in dit privacybeleid, of wanneer je jouw uitdrukkelijke voorafgaande toestemming hebt gegeven.
Wij hebben alle wettelijke en technische voorzorgsmaatregelen genomen om ongeoorloofde toegang en gebruik te voorkomen. Wij garanderen een gelijkaardig beschermingsniveau door contractuele verplichtingen tegenover deze leveranciers en dienstverleners te stellen, die vergelijkbaar zijn met dit privacybeleid.
Voor zover persoonsgegevens buiten de Europese Unie worden opgeslagen zorgen wij er via contractuele of andere maatregelen voor dat deze daar een passend beschermingsniveau genieten vergelijkbaar met de bescherming die zij in de Europese Unie zouden genieten.
Wij gebruiken verschillende soorten cookies op de website en het platform, zoals bepaald in ons cookiebeleid.
Recht van toegang en recht op het verkrijgen van een kopie
Je hebt het recht om op elk moment vrijelijk toegang te krijgen tot jouw persoonsgegevens en om geïnformeerd te worden over het doel van de verwerking door ons.
Recht op correctie, uitwissing of beperking
Je hebt de keuze om jouw persoonsgegevens te delen met ons. Je hebt altijd het recht om ons te vragen jouw persoonsgegevens te wijzigen. Je kunt ook verzoeken om de verwerking van jouw persoonsgegevens te beperken als je denkt dat jouw persoonsgegevens onjuist zijn en je ons hiervan vervolgens op de hoogte stelt.
Daarnaast heb je het recht om ons te vragen jouw persoonsgegevens te verwijderen voor zover wij niet in staat waren deze te anonimiseren. Verder erken je dat een weigering om persoonsgegevens te delen of een verzoek om deze persoonsgegevens te wissen de levering van verschillende diensten of de aankoop van producten onmogelijk zal maken.
Recht van bezwaar
Je hebt het recht om bezwaar te maken tegen de verwerking van jouw persoonsgegevens wanneer je daar ernstige en gerechtvaardigde redenen voor hebt. Je hebt ook het recht om bezwaar te maken tegen het gebruik van jouw persoonsgegevens voor direct marketing. In dat geval wordt geen specifieke reden gevraagd.
Recht op gegevensoverdraagbaarheid
Je hebt het recht om jouw persoonsgegevens die door ons worden verwerkt in een gestructureerd, algemeen gebruikt formaat te verkrijgen en/of deze persoonsgegevens over te dragen aan een andere verwerkingsverantwoordelijke.
Recht om de toestemming in te trekken
Wanneer de verwerking gebaseerd is op voorafgaande toestemming heb je het recht om deze toestemming in te trekken.

Direct marketing
Your personal data will be used for direct marketing purposes in two instances: (i) if you have given your explicit prior consent to do so (“opt-in”); and/or (ii) if you have purchased (a) product(s) and/or (a) service(s) from us, we will keep you informed of similar or complementary products and/or services that may be of interest to you.
By creating an account, by purchasing certain products and/or services, by registering for one of the events that we (co-)organise, and by stating your consent with this privacy statement, you will be added to the direct mailing list of GOLAZO. We may use your personal data to send you marketing material in the form of a newsletter, as well as other material related to GOLAZO and its products and/or services.
Your e-mail address can be removed from our direct mailing list free of charge at any time, without giving any reason, by clicking the unsubscribe button that you can find at the bottom of each promotional e-mail.
If you have purchased products and/or services from a partner of GOLAZO via the website or the platform, this partner may keep you informed of his news or special offers. If you no longer want to receive this, you can ask that partner to have your e-mail address deleted.

In certain cases, your personal data may be shared with third parties who provide services to GOLAZO, or who provide services on behalf of and for the account of GOLAZO. This may relate to services that are provided by partners, IT providers, mail providers, payment service providers, cloud providers or statistics administrators such as, for example, The ticket platform cm.com and the Mollie payment processor. In addition, we are obliged to communicate your personal data when this is required by law or by a court decision. If we have to pass on personal data to third parties in other situations, this will only happen with your consent where this is legally required.
We will not sell, rent, distribute or otherwise make your personal data commercially available to third parties, except as provided for in this Privacy Policy, or if you have given your explicit prior consent.
