How we turned a one-day event into a four-month campaign
As title partner of the AG Memorial Van Damme, AG Insurance asked us to come up with an activation plan that turned a one-day event into a four-month communication campaign with the goal of creating AG awareness amongst athletics fans.
The activation plan started before the first AG Urban Memorial event in May and ended after the AG Memorial in September.
The ‘AG Sprint Experience’ linking the AG Urban Memorials to the AG Memorial, the ‘Behind The Scenes’ FB Live contest and the ‘Make Some Noise’ campaign, to create a more interactive atmosphere inside the stadium, were all successfully rolled out. On the event day, we also handed out 35.000 AG bandanas at all entrances and we installed a cool high jump (FB share) photo animation at different locations around the stadium.
