Refund request - CFL - EN

Please note:

  • Only the original ticket buyer can apply for a refund.
  • The ticket buyer can only submit the request with valid supporting documents. A marriage, a planned medical procedure or a planned holiday are examples of reasons that can be accepted.
  • Adding an annex to your request is obligatory

We are currently receiving very high volumes of emails and refund requests. Please rest assured that we are working hard to get through these as quickly as possible. However, please take into account a refund period of 20 working days. The ticket buyer will also receive a message via e-mail if the request is not accepted.
