Who is Tia Hellebaut? Tia Hellebaut embodies fair play. She always empathises a lot with her competitors and in competition even is their main fan. Tia mastered the ability to peak like no one else. She has been European champion high jump both outdoor (2006) and indoor (2007). She also took the world title high jump indoor (2008) and is the defending Olympic champion high jump (2008). In 2009 she turned mother and abandoned top level sport altogether, but deep down she remained very eager for competition. Tia returned to her sport and continues until the Olympic Games of 2012 in London!
